For decades, systematic research has been carried out to build a house with zero energy consumption, leading to the creation of the "Passivhaus Standard" by Dr. Wolfgang Feis. In two words, "passive houses" are these, who consume less than 1/10 from the energy, necessary for mass construction buildings. In recent years, the topic of saving energy and reducing harmful emissions has become increasingly relevant, this necessitated the development of low-energy and "passive" construction in our country as well. Buildings must have minimum energy consumption for heating in the cold months and for cooling in the hot months, as well as maximally absorb the solar heat during the transitional periods.
